The Private 2027 Marketing Strategy Intensive is a one-on-one virtual planning experience with Rachel Cutrer designed to help you turn your business goals into a focused, realistic marketing strategy for the year ahead.

Over two private 90-minute Zoom sessions, we'll work together to look at where your business is today, where you want it to go, what's working, what's not, and where your marketing time and money should be focused in 2027.

Session 1 — Strategy & Direction

Our first 90-minute private session focuses on the big picture.

Together, we'll work through your business goals, target customers, current marketing efforts, competitive positioning, opportunities, challenges, 2027 priorities and preliminary marketing budget.

You'll receive the RHD Marketing Strategy Playbook to guide the process and help turn our conversation into a working strategy.

Between Sessions — Build Your Plan

This isn't a strategy someone else builds and hands to you.

Between sessions, you'll complete specifically assigned portions of your Marketing Strategy Playbook based on the priorities we identify together.

You'll have time to think, research, make decisions and begin putting the pieces of your 2027 plan in place before we meet again.

Session 2 — Execution & Accountability

In our second 90-minute private session, we'll take what you've developed and turn it into an actionable plan.

Together, we'll finalize your marketing priorities, annual calendar, budget, systems, staffing and delegation needs, and your first 90 days of action.

The goal is simple: when we're finished, you know what you're doing, why you're doing it, when it needs to happen and what comes first.

Session dates will be scheduled privately with each participant.
